El 10 de octubre de 2026 Fellhauer batió el récord. El Bayern inició el partido en Augsburg, y Harry Kane devolvió el balón directamente a Manuel Neuer.
Kane intentó pasar al agresivo Fellhauer, pero el centrocampista interceptó y, en menos de nueve segundos, lanzó el balón al vacío.

Vencer al Bayern y a la leyenda alemana Neuer no es tarea fácil, pero Volland no tenía intención de perder tiempo cuando el Hoffenheim recibió al Rekordmeister al inicio de 2015/16. El delantero anotó, aunque el esfuerzo resultó en vano, pues Die Kraichgauer cayó 2-1.
